Zermatt Hotel Mirabeau expands gastronomy concept

After extensive renovations, two new restaurants are opening at the Hotel Mirabeau in Zermatt. Chef is Géraldine Geroué.

From mid-December, in addition to Marie's Deli, which serves brasserie-style delicacies, the Hotel Mirabeau in Zermatt will have the renovated Restaurant Veranda, with a gourmet breakfast and a 5-course tasting menu in the evening, and the new à la carte restaurant L 'Epicure open.

Chef Géraldine Geroué has been part of the Mirabeau team since last March.

Mirabeau director Marie Reichenbach-Julen explains: “Géraldine, with her Belgian, Italian and Egyptian roots, fits in perfectly with our cosmopolitan clientele and our multicultural team. Thanks to her many years of experience with classic gourmet cuisine and as a freelance restaurateur in Breuil Cervinia, she is the perfect match for us.»
