At the Restaurant Veranda, located in the spacious winter garden in the heart of our hotel, we serve our daily lavish breakfast buffet in the morning, as well as our daily Tasting Menu in the evening. Let our Executive Chef Alain Kuster, awarded 14 points in the Gault-Millau guide, and his brigade take you on an alpine culinary journey with fresh regional produce while mesmerizing on the magnificent views of the Matterhorn.

In the afternoons, you can enjoy home-made cakes from our pastry chef, accompanied for example by a hot chocolate or a freshly brewed pot of Ronnefeld tea specialty. For apéro, we serve delicatessen from Marie’s Deli, and in the late evening, there is no better way to round off the day, than by relaxing comfortably in front of the crackling fireplace with a mixology cocktail or glass of wine.
Marie's Deli offers homemade delicatessen to enjoy on spot or take-away, as well as caterings and deliveries on demand. The menu varies between local specialties and comfort food such as "homemade bone broth with bone marrow dumplings", and French delicacies such as "Foie Gras" and fresh Oysters and Caviar (in high season).
Whether you would like to experience a romantic breakfast in bed, or order a few oysters and a glass of Champagne to be savored while taking a long bath; everything on our Marie’s Deli menu can be delivered to be enjoyed at the privacy of your room!
