RESTAURANT RESERVATIONS
We would be delighted to treat you in one of our three restaurants - Marie's Deli, L'Épicure & Veranda - during your stay. We kindly ask you to make a reservation before arrival to guarantee availability.
In the Restaurant Veranda we serve our gourmet breakfast buffet, and for half-board (starting from 4 nights) we spoil our guests with a daily changing 5-course tasting menu, as well as our famous theme evenings such as the Valais evening with raclette!
During the winter high season, the new Restaurant L'Epicure offers a refined "à la carte" menu as well as the tasting menu for in-house and external guests.
In Marie's Deli, we offer from weekend brunches to continuously hot cuisine until late at night with our Mirabeau classics such as the Steak Tatar or the Wiener Schnitzel. In winter, the menu also extends to fine delicacies such as oysters and caviar.
Are you celebrating an occasion? Whether it's a romantic surprise, a birthday party with the family or an anniversary... We would be happy to make you an offer for a festive dinner in one of our restaurants or a private celebration, for example in our Joseph's Lounge.

You can find our extensive wellness program here. As we have a lot of demand at times, we strongly recommend that you call us directly before your arrival to reserve your desired dates.
LITTLE GUSTS
Are you travelling with children? We have everything you need for little globetrotters, from highchairs and changing tables, to baby cots and fall-out protection. Just let us know in good time!
P.s. the little ones love our pool and the cosy warm whirlpool, don't forget to pack swimming diapers! (But in case of emergency, we would also have them in stock).
Arrival in Zermatt
KANDERSTEG CAR TRANSPORT TRAIN
Whether you are going on a summer holiday or a skiing holiday: The car train is always the shortest and fastest way from the Bernese Oberland to the Valais and vice versa. From Kandersteg and Goppenstein, the car train takes you to the other side of the Lötschberg in just 15 minutes.
GARAGE / PARKING IN TÄSCH
Zermatt is a car-free village. Access for private traffic is only permitted as far as Täsch (6 km before Zermatt). If you are travelling by car, we recommend that you make a reservation in advance in one of the car garages in Täsch.

ARRIVAL BY TRAIN
The railway has direct connections in Brig and Visp to the modern, upgraded narrow-gauge railway of the Matterhorn Gotthard Bahn, which reaches Zermatt in a one-and-a-half-hour journey through the wildly rugged and romantic Vispertal valley.

PICK-UP SERVICE & LIMOUSINE SERVICE
We will be happy to pick you up at Zermatt train station or the Urania taxi station with our electric car.
Please let us know your arrival time or call us when you have boarded the train in Täsch.
If you would like to book a transfer from an airport or city in Europe, we can get quotes for you.
Arrival by helicopter is also possible.

OFF TO THE MOUNTAINS
The Zermatt cable cars have recently started offering fluctuating prices online. In order to get the best packages and discounts, we recommend booking your ski passes as early as possible on the website of the cable cars.
With pleasure we continue to issue ski passes at standard rates at the reception on request.
