After an extensive renovation phase, L'Epicure will officially open its doors to hotel guests and external guests on December 17, 2022. This modern, yet elegant and sophisticated restaurant is only open in the evenings and focuses on French cuisine with an alpine touch. Chef Géraldine Géroué stays true to her roots, serving up a hearty "Cuisine Gourmande" with decadent dishes such as "Gourmandises de Foie Gras", "Luma Porterhouse Steak for 2 with Signature Sides and Sauces" and exclusive favorites such as “Lobster linguine served on a Cognac refined lobster bisque sauce and flakes of Bottarga”.
