Expansion of our Wellness Area at Le Mirabeau Resort & Spa, Zermatt

We are delighted to inform you that construction work for the expansion of our SPA area began at the end of April!

As part of this redesign, a heated outdoor pool with an impressive view of the Matterhorn, a cozy textile sauna pavilion, a stylish sun terrace, and a spacious changing area are being created. The new experience pool will extend over a length of 8.5 meters – here you can relax on comfortable bubble loungers and enjoy the soothing warmth of the water while gazing at the majestic Matterhorn. A unique pleasure – surrounded by gently falling snow in winter or basking under the radiant mountain sun in summer.

Right next to the pool, a freestanding textile sauna is being built, and starting in summer 2026, the new terrace will offer luxurious lounge chairs and cabanas for your relaxation. This feel-good ambiance will be rounded off with culinary delights, selected wines, and fine champagne from Marie’s Deli.

To ensure environmentally friendly heating of the new wellness pool and sauna using renewable energy, a state-of-the-art technical center will be set up in the main building of the Mirabeau. New changing facilities will also be built nearby – so that both hotel guests and day visitors can enjoy an exclusive and luxurious wellness experience right from the start.
