Alternative I: Park your car at the parking lot (outside & garage) and take a taxi cab to the border of Zermatt village. Our concierge will be happy to pick you up with an electric car and take you and your luggage to the hotel.

Alternative II: Park your car at the public parking lot and take the  shuttle train to Zermatt. Please call us from the hotel-information board at the train station – our concierge will be happy to pick you and up and take you and your luggage to the hotel with an electric car.

Arriving by train
There are excellent direct connections every 90 minutes from the train stations Brig and Visp to the light railway shuttle trains of Matterhorn Gotthard Bahn, taking you through wild and picturesque scenery to Vispertal Zermatt. Please inform us of your arrival time so that we can arrange to have you and your luggage picked up by electric car.
